💫Some days test your patience before 8am.
Today was one of those mornings.
As a Reiki Master, I spend so much of my time holding space for others—supporting, guiding, and helping people regulate their nervous systems. But this morning was a reminder that even those of us who teach healing need to pause and reset ourselves.
🌿So I stepped away.
🌿I slowed my breath.
🌿I sat in complete stillness.
Just a few minutes of deep breathing and quiet meditation can gently reset the vagus nerve and bring the body back into balance. No special tools needed—just your breath and a moment of stillness.
If today feels heavy for you for any reason, I invite you to do the same.
✨Find a quiet place.
✨Close your eyes.
✨Breathe slowly and deeply for 5–10 minutes.
Take yourself back to a place of peace.
