What good does it do to live a long time but you can’t do the things that bring you joy? Building and keeping muscle mass as we age is KEY! Let’s increase our “play span” as well as our life span! We want to play well into our 80s, 90s and beyond. What we do NOW will determine how we move in 10 years.
