Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers for women. Screenings are now recommended starting at age 40 because finding cancer early helps treatment work better. Talk with your doctor about scheduling your screening.

The Healthy Heart Ambassador Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program, offered by Healthy Delaware, helps adults with hypertension learn how to check their blood pressure at home and keep it at a healthy level.

We had a great time at our second Community Baby Shower of the year on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at the Dover Public Library !

Pregnant and new moms joined us to learn about their AmeriHealth Caritas Delaware benefits, get helpful health information, and connect with community resources. Some families also went home with baby items like diapers and other giveaways. Thank you to our community partners on site - Do Care Doula Foundation, Inc. and Marigold Health
