Last year in Delaware, 185 people died from a suspected overdose—that’s almost one person every other day, according to Division of Public Health - DPH. Many of these overdoses involved more than one substance, like alcohol, he**in, prescription drugs, or co***ne. Overdose is a serious health problem in Delaware and across the country.

But there is help, and hope. NARCAN (naloxone) is a medicine that can reverse an opioid overdose and help save a life. It’s easy to use and safe to carry.
