1 med banana
25g blueberries
5 oz unsweet vinella almond milk
2 oz coconut milk

This mix i use to preworkout or a day i need extra energy with 30g carb will give u pep to get thru it.

Evening meals will be ultra low carb so i will hv over 15hrs no carbs allowing for ketosis to recover.

Here is one of my personal favs. Its a Japanese style steamed or poached white fish with a seared green onion and ponzu sauce.

I used fresh calamansi juice and a low sodium Soy sauce. You can use fresh lemon juice if you dont have a calamansi tree handy.

Add equal part citus juice from lemon or orange and soy sauce

Important step is to heat up your pil to its smoke point and add immediately to top of green onions to sear them .

This style will surprise you because i added No salt or pepper.. i used only soy and Citrus for flavor and coconut oil. The mild but full flavor of all that together will surprise you.

Less tha 2g carbs loaded with protein and healthy coconut oil fats. 400 calories
