Video 1 contains a sunrise, birds chirping, water running, and the sounds of Nature waking up for the day.

Video 2 contains a moment I was trail running and got caught in the rain and just soaked it in, quite literally 😏, for a few minutes. You can even see a squirrel in the second scene of this one.

Hey Beaver County (and surrounding areas), don’t forget about the gender affirming clothing swap/drive next week!

It’ll be at the (please note the address change for the new building).

If you would like to donate some clothing items and are unable to attend next Friday, please email jax@evergreenat.com to arrange drop off details.

If you would like a half day where we would meet to go shopping for some clothes (maybe you would like to not go alone or would like some support), drop a ‘yes please’ in the comments below 👇🏼. That could be for local here in Beaver County, in Robinson, or Cranberry area.

All that being said, maybe you would like to participate and be supportive but either are not available the 22 or don’t have any clothes to donate. We will also be looking for giftcards to places such as Ross, TJ Maxx, Kohls, Old Navy, etc for the shopping day.

The clothing swap/drive is open to all ages.

The ASPIRE Center is conducting a study on how family acceptance and rejection affect the mental health of LGBTQ youth and young adults. We’re inviting LGBTQ+ individuals ages 12–30 who live in Pennsylvania to take a brief, anonymous survey. Your responses will help inform how we can better support LGBTQ young people. Our two Sunday videos are a little different this week.

The first one is of a goldfinch enjoying some golden tickseed.

The second is of Rocko, the resident frog, coming out for the day to one of his favorite places.

Just because there is movement and action in the videos, does not mean we still can’t be mindful or let it calm us.

Mindfulness isn’t just about ‘sitting still with no thoughts’.
