‼️55 GRAMS OF PROTEIN IN LESS THAN A MINUTE 🚨🔥
⏱️Our FAVORITE source of protein when you only have a short window to prepare and eat something!
-300g of Triple Zero Yogurt
-1 scoop of whey protein
-(optional) top with 40g of some kind of cereal or grain, or berries if you want to reduce some of the calories!
🤯55 grams of protein, for less than 400 calories (around 500ish if you throw in the higher carb source)
You can even crank it up to 70g of protein if you use the Ratio Brand high protein yogurt!
Easy peasy. Takes 60 seconds or less to prep it. If you wanna bump the taste up, add a sugar free, fat free packet of cheesecake jello!
