The link below provides a list of the Calcium content of common foods. The current guidelines are for daily intake of 1300mg daily for children up to age 18, 1000mg daily age 19-50, and 1200mg over age 50. If you're not getting enough in the diet, then consider supplements. Adequate Vitamin D is important also!
