Contact Lens Safety Matters!

To all our amazing patients who wear contact lenses: taking care of your lenses = taking care of your eyes! Here are some quick safety tips to keep your vision clear and healthy:

✅ DO:

Always wash and dry your hands before touching your lenses.

Clean and store your lenses in fresh solution every time.

Stick to the replacement schedule prescribed—daily, biweekly, or monthly.

Come in for regular eye exams—even if your lenses feel fine!

❌ DON’T:

Sleep in your lenses (unless we've specifically approved it).

Use tap water to rinse or store your contacts.

Top off old solution in your case (dump it out and use fresh).

Ignore redness, irritation, or changes in vision—call us if anything feels off!
