How to be healthier than the average American: Evening Edition 🌙
Time for dinner ➡️ Eat your final meal 2-3 hours before bed so your body can repair rather than digest.
Unplug to unwind ➡️ Step away from screens within 30-60 minutes before sleep to allow your nervous system to wind down.
Dim the lights ➡️ Limit artificial light exposure, especially overhead LEDs, instead opt for lamps with warm bulbs.
Sync with nature ➡️ Watch the sunset outdoors and spend a few minutes grounding to earth.
Honor natural rhythm ➡️ Aim for bedtime around sunset (+-1 hour) for deep, restorative rest.
