To the moms raising kids with ADHD — this is for you.
You are not failing because your house is loud.
You are not behind because routines fall apart.
You are not weak because some days leave you exhausted beyond words.
You are doing something incredibly hard with love, patience, and persistence. You are learning your child’s language, advocating when it’s uncomfortable, celebrating progress others may never notice, and showing up even when you’re running on empty.
Your child isn’t broken — they’re brilliant in a world that wasn’t designed for how their mind works. And neither are you.
Take a breath. Give yourself grace. Progress doesn’t always look like perfection — sometimes it looks like surviving today and trying again tomorrow.
You are seen. You are needed. You are doing an amazing job, even on the messy days.
