Talking about how you feel isn’t a sign of weakness; it’s a healthy and powerful way to process stress, sadness anxiety or overwhelm.

Whether it’s opening up to a trusted friend, chatting with a family member or reaching out to a mental health professional, expressing what’s on your mind can bring relief, clarity and connection. You might be surprised how much better you feel just by putting your thoughts into words. It’s okay to ask for support. You are not alone.

This weekend, our team proudly joined the NAMI Walks to stand together for mental health!

For those who may not know, NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for individuals and families affected by mental illness. 💚

Events like the NAMI Walk bring communities together to:
✔️ Raise awareness and reduce stigma
✔️ Show support for those impacted by mental illness
✔️ Fund programs that provide education, advocacy, and support

We’re grateful to have walked alongside so many passionate advocates, families, and survivors — united in the message that mental health matters and no one has to walk alone.

During Hispanic Heritage Month, we celebrate the rich culture and contributions of the Hispanic and Latinx community.

We also take this time to shine a light on an important topic of mental health in the Hispanic community. While mental health challenges affect all people, cultural stigma, lack of access and language barriers can make it harder for many in this community to seek help.

We’re here to change that. We believe in care that is compassionate, culturally sensitive and accessible to everyone. If you or a loved one is struggling, know, help is here.

🌟 Beckett Springs – Employee of the Month Recognition 🌟
June • July • August

At Beckett Springs, we are proud to recognize the exceptional individuals who go above and beyond in providing compassionate care and support to our patients and team. Please join us in celebrating our Employees of the Month for June, July, and August!

🎉 June – Nick

Nick is a dedicated therapist at our Changes Dayton location. With 9 years of experience as a therapist—5 of those at Beckett Springs—Nick brings deep expertise and compassion to his work. He is also a proud U.S. Air Force veteran and a father of two boys. In his free time, he enjoys music, traveling, the outdoors, sports, and cooking.
When asked what he enjoys most about working at Beckett Changes, Nick shared, “The team I work with.”
We’re grateful to have Nick as part of our team and appreciate the positive energy and commitment he brings every day.

🎉 July – Amy

Amy has been a nurse for 15 years and has spent the past 3.5 years at Beckett Springs, where she discovered her true passion for behavioral health nursing.
Amy says what she loves most about this field is, “The unique opportunity to meet people on some of the hardest days of their lives and then witness their resilience as they heal, grow, and step into a better version of themselves. Being part of that journey is what makes this work so meaningful to me.”
Her compassion and dedication are a powerful example of the impact behavioral health professionals can have.

🎉 August – Caleb

Caleb is a therapist on our adolescent team and has been with Beckett Springs for 1.5 years. His energy, commitment, and heart for our patients make him an invaluable part of our community.
Caleb shares, “I love working at Beckett Springs. I love the support that I receive here. Everyone here is awesome and goes that extra mile to help our patients.”
We appreciate Caleb’s positivity and the difference he makes in the lives of our patients and team members alike.

Please join us in congratulating Nick, Amy, and Caleb for their exceptional contributions. Your hard work and dedication inspire us all and make Beckett Springs a better place for healing and hope. 💙
