t 25 years as a full-time pastor working with teens, marriages, and families. I am the founder of InnerWell and provide dedicated, personalized, and proactive chaplaincy services for employees and their families. I am a certified Relational Life Coach with CCA and am also a Spiritual Director with certifications from both Protestant and Catholic traditions. I am trained in Employee Wellness and Stress Management from Stanford Center for Health Education, as well as in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). My wife, Missy, and I have been married 24 years. She is an LPC and works for Mission Resource Network as a Missionary Care Specialist. We have two young adult children in college. I love Seinfeld references and also confess to having a love-hate relationship with the Dallas Cowboys.
