We’re proud to share that Dr. Sharique Ansari recently co-authored new research showing how Elamipretide may help people living with rare mitochondrial disorders—particularly those with eye-related (ophthalmic) symptoms: https://kanehallbarry.com/news/dr-sharique-ansari-publishes-new-research-on-rare-neurological-conditions/

The study found that Elamipretide could improve quality of life for patients facing these challenging conditions. 🧬👁️

👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️We’re honored to once again have several of our physicians serving as preceptors for the TCU – Texas Christian University mentorship program through The Anne Burnett Marion School of Medicine at TCU.💜🐸

This program gives medical students experience in understanding and treating neurological disorders while working alongside our team of neurologists.

📸Here, Dr. Nirav Shah, MD, MPH, board certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology, is joined by Abigail, one of the medical students from TCU currently shadowing at our clinic in Keller.

📅 The students began their rotations in July and will continue through November. We are proud to help train the next generation of physicians and advance the future of neurology.
