MOS is 😇grateful! This is the view from my little office space in my studio….. such an awesome place to work!! Had a colleague in yesterday who gave me the best compliment Evah!!! I asked what she thought of the space and if she had any advice…. She responded, “I’ve been just taking it all in and what I feel is like nothing can get you here, it’s a totally safe space, nothing can harm you or hurt you here…” Aaahhhh, One practice goal achieved!!! Be on the lookout for an e-vite to our next MOS event “Let’sGather!” A FREE, walk in gathering with refreshments information, and demonstrations being offered on the top of the hours and every 15 minutes. Come learn about Miss Parris, MOSML-studio, reiki healing, working-meditation, MBSR (Mind-fullness Based Stress Reduction), Compassion fatigue, and Secondary stress. Create a new victimless revelation about your life! A new outlook, a new disposition, a new profile! YOUR NOT YOUR PAST! YOUR NOT YOUR STORY! Yes…. I said revelation and NOT resolution. Resolutions are often linked to the past. Fixing a past behavior or a past habit which are most often created by past experiences, situations, emotions, and feelings. My challenge to you is to move into 2024 with nothing from your past. Leave your story behind you! Create a new positive introduction of yourself. Say this to yourself and at least one other person everyday! Relish in the revelation that your world is what you create it to be from this moment on. Nothing from your past can steel the moments of your future! Resolve to have a REVELATION!

Morning AWESOME MOS Recruits!! Parris at moments here with Wednesday’s Words!!!
WHY WAIT!!

Decided today that I'm sick~N~tired of being sick n tired!! 😵‍💫😴Soooo I'm starting my New Years Resolutions now!!! 🎉
Why wait to get myself out of pain and in a more solid routine for me! 🏆
It takes 21 📆days to map your brain 🧠 and make a habit!! I've developed some poor 😞 ones, so for every poor one, I'm making a new, better choice habit for myself! 🥳( that's a lot of change.... I have a lot of poor habits!! lol)
If I start today, I'll be 13 days 📆 into my new behavior plan for myself...that's more than 1/2 way there by the 1st of 2024!
I'd rather be 1/2 way up the rough 😓 part of the mountain ⛰️ by then instead of dreading 🥴 the beginning!!!
Anyone else want to start up the ⛰️ w me? It's 😎 sunny up the top!!! ☀️. Feel free to share here for giving and receiving encouragement! ✨🙌🏻✨namaste’

Morning MOS recruits! SURRENDER! S elfcare U nravel R etreat and release R ecouperate E ncourage N ourish D etach E volve R einvent Sometimes, the waters of life can be rough and toss us around, dragging us under till we feel like we’re drowning. When this happens…SURRENDER! Surrender means to cease resistance, to hand over. For me, surrendering is an act of self love, wisdom, and strength. SELF-CARE comes by taking time to UNRAVEL the knots in my life. RETREATING from the storm to a safe place and releasing the negativity so I can RECOUPERATE. Then, finding the strength to ENCOURAGE myself to move forward, NOURISHING myself with positivity and DETACHING from toxicity. Only then can I EVOLVE and REINVENT myself and my circumstances. Only then will the storm cease to resist and let the sun shine through!!

MOS Wednesday Weekly Words! Good morning. This week, I am promoting “Progress not perfection.”
Life is not perfect. It throws curveballs all the time. We need to learn to dodge, duck and weave! So long as we keep moving forward and don’t get stuck in the muck, we will make progress. Sometimes it seems like we are getting nowhere or even going backwards but remember… there are times we need to step backwards a bit to allow room for a pivot so we can move forward. Even the littlest of progress moves us towards our goals. Sometimes, we get frustrated with a goal, a project, or a personal change because we can’t do it perfectly in a perfect timely manner. Instead of giving up on the whole thing, take it in pieces. Make 4 goals instead of one. Make progress on one piece at a time. You will conquer these small progressions and gain motivation and confidence to move to the next step. Like this post…. My goal is to have live classes and live weekly words but for now, posting every Wednesday is a step I can accomplish today moving me closer to my goal! Hope it helps! Namaste’ 🙌🏻✨🙌🏻

MOS THANKSGIVING TOOLBOX!! Good morning. Just a few words from Parris@momemts!
Today is one of those days, that for many, can be bitter sweet. Family is an extremely difficult dynamic to navigate. There will be as many emotions and personalities as there are side dishes and deserts. Arm yourself with some pre-scripted words or tools. A calming or funny “ go to “ in your mind can help you avoid emotional landmines. Example: take a cleansing breath and ” ****( your name), put that down!! It’s not yours!!”
Or… picture an escalator in your mind… DO NOT STEP ON THE ESCALATOR! It will only escalate things.
Some of us will be missing loved ones today. Place a small object in your pocket representing that person, take them with you today. Take them out and hold them in your hand at significant events like the toast or the cutting of the Turkey. If your family can handle it, share them with your family. Others might find relief in having a symbol of their representation as well.
If all else fails…. You can use my 5 Star bathroom moments meditation!
Step out to the bathroom. Shut the light off, run the water slowly, close your eyes, take 3 deep cleansing breaths and 3 min to concentrate on each individual sounds the water is making. Stay there until you feel safe!!
Most of all!!! Be grateful for this one blessed day no matter what it brings. This day will never appear before us again in this same presentation. Cherish all the possible MOMENTS OF SERENITY.
Then…. Go home and get into your PJ’s!!
This season give yourself the give of inner peace and contentment!

Morning MOS recruits!!
Took some quiet time this AM to work on my bonsai trees and recreate the prayer box I had at my old house. I’ve been missing these girls and my quiet prayer space in the mornings. I have my coffee and dedicate 5 quiet minutes placing any troubles in the prayer bowl… light a candle and set an intention for my day turning over any worries and concerns to my girls who always seem to provide the answers over time. I say good morning to those who have gone before me and those loved ones that may not be with me but are in my heart always. Just 5 minutes each morning can set the tone for your day bringing you in the direction of peace and Serenity…. Hoping you can create your own intentional safe space. Post here and share!!

I am on a constant journey of peace, serenity, contentment, forgiveness, intellectual growth, spiritual enlightenment, emotional fulfillment, self awareness, self discovery and self improvement. I have found, through many minutes, hours, days, weeks and years of inner struggle, self doubt, fear and discontentment, that there is no peace to be found in perfection during life’s journey but rather an ability to be fully present in a state of constant forward motion taking in all that life has to offer, both the negative or positive, and using it as vital information to bring us closer to our own contentment and serenity. I urge you to slow down, take a breath, awaken your senses, quiet your mind, find forgiveness for self and others, and discover what ignites you. Learn how to be gentle and patient with yourself while loving and being good to you. Let go of the mortal hold and let your spirit keep moving you forward. You deserve all that your mind can imagine! Smile....it’s the universal language of love and acceptance.
