Today she participated in a workshop hosted by TAGS, focusing on the importance of health literacy. Did you know that nearly 80% of adults age 65 and older don’t fully understand the health information provided to them? At A Touch Of Love Care Home, we believe knowledge is power, and our commitment is to bridge that gap so seniors and their families feel informed, supported, and confident in their care!

We are blessed with strong community partners who pour into our residents in such meaningful ways. We were able to capture this sweet moment with our patient right before she received communion, and she even asked that we put it in a picture frame for her.
