a guided session to receive gentle reiki, fireside release and time for reflection-allowing for more clarity and intention.
afterwards will gather around the table where a nourishing brunch will be served; Intended to feed the soul. A wholesome winter spread featuring grounding, nutrient rich foods to support balance, warmth and renewal to begin again.
