There are 3 spots left…

A few days tucked into the beauty of the Catskill Mountains, where mornings are slow, the air smells like wildflowers, and every meal is from local purveyors. Think long tables under the sky, just-picked produce, warm bread, seasonal dishes, all surrounded by like minded women.

This isn’t just a retreat ,it’s a return. To nature, to nourishment, to yourself.

If you’ve been feeling the pull… this is your sign ✨

Come soak in the abundance of summer with us. We would love to have you there! 💛

I’ve noticed a lot of new faces around here the past few days, so I wanted to reintroduce myself I’m Shari, the face behind Graze (which I rarely show on here)

What started as simple charcuterie boards 10 years ago has slowly grown into something so much bigger… and more meaningful than I ever expected.

This business has grown alongside me in so many ways, and it’s become a mix of all the things I love most; creating beautiful food, hosting intimate dinners, gathering people for seasonal workshops, and designing retreats that center around good food, connection, and slowing down.

My summer retreat is a piece of that I hold especially close. It's everything I love brought together in one space… thoughtful meals, intentional moments, and that feeling of being fully present. (Check out the link in stories, if you haven't already!)

At the center of it all, it’s always been about the same thing: creating food and spaces that feel warm, connected, a little bit special, and ultimately bringing people together.
Can't wait to show all the other things I've been working on lately!

If you’re new here, I’m so glad you’re here ❤️

It's blood orange season! Which means dehydrating them to have for boards, cocktails and decor.

* slice the oranges about 1/4-1/2" thin. Heat oven to 200 degrees.
* Lay them on parchment paper and bake in a 200 degrees for 2-3 hours, making sure to turn every half hour or so, to make sure they don't burn on one side.
* They should be dry and crisp when done

Use them as garish for food, cocktails or as an addition to a table scape, like tying around a napkin. 🍊

Tonight’s dinner party menu ~

A bright salad made with the most beautiful local Hudson Valley lettuces, topped with shaved parmesan, crispy shallots, and pickled watermelon radish for that perfect little bite, dressed in a Dijon vinaigrette.

Fluffy couscous tossed with fresh herbs.
Roasted cauliflower, crispy + caramelized and finished with dates, capers, parsley, and lemon zest.
Herby salmon with Dijon and lemon, served with a cool side of tzatziki.

Simple food, vibrant flavors, seasonal ingredients, my favorite kind of table. And this gorgeous 50 degree day makes it all that much better. 💞

January is funny. It's always slow and although I know I should take the down time while it's here, I'm thinking about the season ahead. Now halfway into February things are picking up and booking up. Spring is (hopefully) just around the corner and lots of events, parties and entertaining already on the calendar. Reach out to us for your Spring festivities. 🌺
Now let's channel some warmer temps!
