And the Maryland sales tax increase starts tomorrow….12%. Medical patients are exempt….0%. Schedule online or call us to renew. Need a medical card, we do that too. All telehealth (stay in your a/c, we got you).

Maryland has implemented a tax on cannabis sales, with a current rate of 9% on adult-use cannabis and cannabis products! However, this rate is set to increase to 12% starting July 1, 2025. Medical cannabis users, on the other hand, is exempt from this tax.

For recreational users, the tax increase may result in higher prices, while medical cannabis patients will continue to benefit from the tax exemption.
