Is it ok to feel joy when so many unsettling things are happening in the world?
The answer is yes, and here's why: the quality of our presence in the world is affecting not only our individual moment-to-moment experience, but through the phenomena of relational energetics, the human collective.
When we feel joy, our body as a system is experiencing the biochemical states of renewal, harmony, balance and vitality. In this state we feel better, are more resilient, focus with greater clarity and make better decisions.
In a coherent state of love and joy we are supporting others through non-physical and non-verbal (energetic) communication. By developing skills to consciously shift into states of coherence, renewal and joy, we are changing more than we can know for others and this world.
At April's healing circle we will explore how to consciously introduce new experiences to enhance and cultivate laughter and joy.
We are a community of practice--this means come as you are, participate as you'd like and feel free to accommodate yourself into a comfortable state that facilitates ease for you.
