Welcome to the Healing Garden!

I’m so happy to share that I’ll now be offering Reiki sessions every Monday at The Healing Garden in Belfast!

💫 What is Reiki?
Originating in Japan, Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that helps restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. The word Reiki means “universal life energy,” and sessions are designed to help you relax deeply, release tension, and support your body’s natural healing process.

🕊️ Session Options:
• 30 minutes — $60
• 60 minutes — $110

Each session is a peaceful space for you to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
