It’s about time I post this! I FINALLY GRADUATED🧑‍🎓. 5+ years of schooling and I am officially a Master of Nutrition Coach! Integrative health encompassing 8 pillars of wellness…you can’t fix one area without the others as they are all connected: nutrition, rest, sleep, movement, supplements?, mindset, toxins and emotions all play a part in your health, vitality and longevity. Holistic in scope but based on science, I didn’t realize this journey as a colon cancer survivor and sudden widow would lead me here. I am making it my job to help as many people as I can avoid and/or become their own advocate when it comes to their health and wellness! 💙

Three new soups for you to try that pack a nutritional punch to your day: greens and grains coconut ginger soup, featuring kale, coconut, cream, ginger, turmeric, garlic, carrots, and vermicelli noodles; a basil blush bean “slewp”, cross between a stew and soup with sun-dried, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cannellini beans, garlic, and fresh basil; and lastly a lemon orzo chickpea soup, with carrots, celery, onion, potatoes, chickpeas, turmeric, potatoes, and orzo pasta. $12 for a quart, $7 for a pint, and $10 for a flight ( one cup each). Free delivery starts next Wednesday when you place your order today through Tuesday.
