First, it’s and as a stage 3 survivor (12 yrs) it has shaped my passion for and and, second, it’s also Even though there are doctors and specialists for every ailment all our systems are connected. A colon cancer diagnosis was a wake up call for me since it doesn’t run in my family. But, you know what does?: diabetes, heart disease and dementia…Please join me Thursday, March 13 from 7 to 9 PM, for my first cooking class/lesson! We’ll be making a Mediterranean inspired dish in under 30 minutes and having a discussion on how the ingredients we’ll be using serve our bodies. This nutrient rich meal benefits digestive, heart, brain and metabolic health!!! An added bonus: this is a budget friendly meal you’ll be able to recreate for your family and friends!
