Showing up on the mat each day to embrace this body, on this journey, with gratitude.

While I am a huge fan of being, we do have to work in the action in our life experience.
This is where we can show up consistently and devote ourselves to our practice.

When I encourage others to journal, practice yoga, rewire beliefs and values, cleanse their energy , it is because I live these practices and know how beneficial they are. How they can create heaven on earth.

Either you are going to go shopping or you may spend the day doing your best to digest your food from yesterday.

If it is the latter, Try these two poses : the twist and child's pose.

⭐Relax the nervous system and soothe intestinal inflammation by holding childs pose.
⭐Stimulate circulation in the liver and kidneys with a simple twist.

Hold each for 3 to 5 minutes and finish in savasana.
