My Safe Place This page is to help bring peace and love to children who can’t find it within or at home.

Our dream is to provide a yoga mat for ALL the kids that would like one and to teach these kids how to heal and how to love themselves just the way they are .

My number one coaching question from parents is always this…..

“Tavia, how do we raise self aware kids?”

And the answers always the same!
You can’t give what you don’t have.
You can’t preach what you don’t practice.
You must do and be and they will do and be.

Do your practice stillness?
Are you kind and patient with them?
Don’t expect what you can’t give

For stillness and meditation. You are the future our world needs and your babies are going to light this bitch up.
