Sorry Yogis the classes planned at SIUE Belleville starting Monday have been cancelled due to an administrative issue. Hopefully the 2nd session will not be effected but I will post more when I know.

This is why I originally formed Nomadic Flow. A community coming together for yoga in unique places accessible to everyone. While I make my home base through BHSC these days the occasional event class brings me so much joy. Overwhelmed by tonight’s turnout!

We may be a little biased but we like to think that we have the best yoga instructors in the area. But we definitely have the most affordable classes and that’s a fact!

I can't say that I will do anything with this new credential but nice to have it! A lot of hours have gone into this point and it seems like it was just yesterday. Thank you all for being a part of my classes that have gotten me here.
