In order to accommodate those with young children, the start time for Morning Mantras has been moved to 8:15AM every Tuesday and Thursday. The same link can be used to access class! This is a "come as you are" class. Whether you are still in bed, in the middle of your workday, or have children running around. You are welcome to keep your video off if you prefer. There is no expectation to be perfect in practice or preparation. These morning meditations are little ways to take time out of your day to connect with yourselves and with the collective conscious, to center yourselves and bring more intention into your busy lives. I look forward to practicing mindfulness with you all Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15AM this Fall

May was a month of nurturing. We had a practice is self-compassion with Ho'oponopono forgiveness mantras, honored our true voices through opening the throat chakra with chanting, went on a journey to heal our inner child, and now we will learn a meditative technique that builds gratitude for our bodies and promotes deep relaxation.
