Last night, a lovely local woman rented Vessel to host her own Galentine’s celebration — just her and her favorite girls — and asked us to create a custom Bloom Bar for the evening. Brooke with The Borrowed Table brought a beautiful charcuterie spread, and the space was filled with creativity, laughter, and memory making.

There’s something special about gathering around fresh stems — building bouquets side by side and leaving with a handmade arrangement to remember the night. It’s more than flowers. It’s connection. It’s intention. It’s celebrating the friendships that matter most.

This Wednesday, we’re channeling sunshine, fresh stems, and a woman who wasn’t afraid to bloom into her true calling. 🌸☀️

Today we’re celebrating Lexi Bokenkotter of — the local flower farm where we hand-select most of the beautiful, seasonal stems you see at our Bloom Bars and floral services at Vessel Collective.

In 2019, Lexi and her husband Ryan traded city life in Cincinnati for open fields in rural Indiana, saying yes to a dream they once thought was years away. They moved with 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 chickens, unsure what would take root on their land. Pumpkins? Produce? Christmas trees?

Then a seed was planted: flowers.

Her first official growing season began in 2021, and today she’s harvesting armfuls of seasonal color from her hoop house — many of the very stems that later land in your hands at Vessel. Ryan helps bring her ideas to life behind the scenes, building the infrastructure that allows her vision to flourish while their homestead continues to grow right alongside the farm.

Every bouquet you create at Vessel is rooted in her courage, cultivated with care, and gathered at just the right moment. 🌿✨

This Wednesday we’re raising a latte to the sisters behind Fox and Beans Coffee Co! ☕✨

We’re collaborating with them on the cutest Valentine’s special—coffee-to-go, a homemade cookie (baked by one of the sisters!), and fresh blooms from us. The sweetest little bundle for gifting, surprising a special someone, or treating yourself. 🌸🍪

We met these two at our Bellevue neighbor ’s Galentine’s event on Saturday, and their coffee pop-up was on point—yummy drinks and treats, adorable packaging, and all the cozy vibes.

They launched just last fall with a shared dream of bringing great coffee and homemade baked goods to their community. One sister crafts the espresso drinks, the other bakes the sweet treats, and together they’re building something really special.

This design was set up at a client’s home for a 16th birthday + Galentine’s celebration—an effortless way to offer guests a hands-on, creative experience and a beautiful keepsake to take home.

Today is World Cancer Day, and it felt like the right moment to reflect. 💐

I’m Cindy, founder of Vessel Collective, and today we’re throwing it back to a fundraiser we hosted here at Vessel in support of a shop owner bravely battling cancer. From drinks and cookies to a Bloom Bar that brought people together, every detail helped raise funds—and reminded us of the power of community.

It was an honor to open our space for such an important cause. Cancer has unfortunately touched my family many times, making moments like this deeply personal. Being able to support others during difficult seasons is at the heart of why Vessel exists.
