Let's de-stress! Come join the Decoding Your Body's Signals Easy DIY Fall Reset Cleanse, September 27 - October 18th!
No cut-backs necessary, this is a self-paced DIY cleanse where you will have a chance find out which foods are best for your unique body, decode body signals such as bloating, fatigue, irritability, or other symptoms, and tap into your inner gut wisdom to connect with your higher self. All while maintaining your current lifestyle and simply promoting your health and lifestyle habits to support the best version of yourself!
This cleanse is for you if you are someone who goes a million miles an hour and needs an intense focus period to understand your body's signals and read what your body is telling you, wants to reset your health and lifestyle habits so you can have more energy and feel better on the daily basis, and wants to be able to spend more time on the things you love. All of the work is done for you - you just get to sit back and enjoy! Plus, you'll meet a group of like-minded individuals and have a good time doing it.
Here's a general breakdown of what we'll do in the three weeks:
Week 1: Clear out mental, physical, and emotional clutter, create personal intentions, and set up accountability
Week 2: Decoding what your body is trying to tell you - understand your body's signals via The Four Day Energy Experiment
Week 3: Applying what we learned in week 1 and 2 and tackling mindset via Meditations, mental rehearsals, gut wisdom, and "Wound-ology" exercises
Other items you'll receive:
- Exercises and handouts every step of the way
- 4 group coaching calls (about 1 hour each) - if you cannot attend the calls you may watch the replay
- Recipes catered to your individual needs
The cleanse is done entirely on-line and can be done at your own pace!
Note: This is not a "cleanse" in the sense that you cut out certain foods to determine food sensitivities in your body. While that can help many people, it does not take into account your current lifestyle, home/family needs, and requires an intense shift in your personal schedule to accommodate the extreme change in diet. This cleanse will teach you what foods to eat and which ones to avoid without compromising your existing schedule or lifestyle, which is more beneficial for many people especially busy moms, working professionals, or athletes. However if you would like to use this time as an opportunity to cut out a macronutrient, you of course may do that and Alexa can provide guidance on that. All instruction will be provided after signing up for the program and no pre-work is needed until September 27th. Let's start understanding our bodies!
About the Host:
Alexa from AG Health & Love has over 20 years of experience in the health & fitness industry, ranging from studying sports medicine, being a professional athlete, and coaching adults in general health & fitness. She recently completed a one-year program at Health Coach Institute where she honed in one her true passion which is helping others connect with their higher selves to reach their full potential. Having been raised by a nutrition specialist as a child, Alexa has spent a lifetime experimenting with her own health and understanding the signals of the body, with the mentality that "Every symptom, craving, or behavior has a positive intention" and should be respected until we understand how to change that behavior or symptom. Some of Alexa's favorite Client moments include watching a close friend gain her "sexy" back after changing her relationship with food, experiencing an 18-pound weight loss with a Client who has never lost more than 10 pounds in her life, and see another client realize that the more he gives to others, the more he feels fulfilled.
