Just How Historic Is the Latest Covid-19 Science Meltdown? Don't blame last week's journal retractions on the scary pace of the pandemic. "Once-in-a-lifetime” scandals like this seem to happen all the time.
I think these doctors are very intelligent and very well spoken and agree with them. The questions and the answers are all good.

As things get hyped more and more I want to share a short video clip that says succinctly what I have also come to the conclusion on in my own independent research.
This does not mean we can stop vigilance about doing things that are healthy for ourselves, supporting our immune, treating symptoms or detoxifying metals and poisons. This does not mean we can stop being vigilant about or holding large business and those who govern us accountable. There are still people who are unhealthy and people who are vulnerable. But I hope you QUESTION WHY all the small, NOT LARGE businesses just got annihilated, why poor, homeless and those financially living paycheck to paycheck just got driven down a notch over a virus that has a smaller death rate than H1N1 (and many others) which nothing was done about.
I will remain open for business unless shut down. I have immune support, cough, etc. available until then.
Please take a little stress relief, enjoy the sunshine, and your family. I have been hearing wonderful stories all around our area and my heart is warmed.

I have done a sweep of various local groceries and the Coop and found many good remedies for flu, immune, sore throat and still cough available. Lung remedies are a little more difficult but the good news is that many of the herbal remedies for sore throat and immune contain lung herbs as well.
Alternatives to Vitamin C:
Hawthorne berry in tea, capsule or tincture. This naturally has Vitamin C and is very good for anyone with cardiovascular issues. Please take caution on using as it also has diuretic effects.
Leafy greens and all berries
"Quercitin plus C" this is a common combination that may still be found online or in stores
Alternative to zinc:
Zycam
pumpkin seeds
general Immune/antiviral:
Check out colloidal silver (or make your own)
Chaga and other mushrooms (some even found at grocery outlet)
licorice root ( do NOT use if you have high blood pressure or are on medication for high blood pressure)
garlic and onion
lavender in diffusion
Oscillococcinum (best for children and acute onset, not prevention)
Sore Throat:
throat coat tea, digest ease tea (has similar soothing herbals for the throat as the throat coat tea), marshmallow root and slippery elm can still be found in the bulk section at the coop.
gargle apple cider vinegar or make" fire cider" (recipes online)
Cough/pneumonia:
cherry bark
**MSM cream with essential oils** topical on chest (great for inflammation!!!) can also use on spine and soles of feet to reduce fever. you can order or pick up at our own grace harbor international exit 270 off I5
for those with asthma or lung problems see if your doctor will prescribe a nebulizer, this may aid in breathing if you get an upper respiratory illness.
Remember: sugar lowers the immune system!!!!! Please reduce or stop sugar if you are concerned about a virus infection.

Remember, acupuncturists do have to keep clean work and patient spaces by LAW so we are already very, very prepared for a viral outbreak. Also my particular office keeps patients separated very well by the way it was built so other people contact is kept to a minimum.
