👣 Meet your psoas — the powerhouse muscle that keeps you walking, running, climbing stairs, and basically doing anything that involves lifting your legs. It’s the bridge between your spine and legs, helping you stand tall, stay balanced, and move with ease.

But here’s the plot twist: the psoas is also known as your “fight or flight” muscle 🏃‍♂️💨. That means it’s always on standby, ready to get you outta there — which also means it can get a little too fired up. Over time, that constant readiness can leave it tight, tense, and cranky.
