Jumana is the mother of two and is clear about her role of parent being the “most meaningful part of her life, shaping the empathy and insight” she brings to her parent coaching. Την Κυριακή που πέρασε ολοκληρώθηκε το διαδικτυακό σεμινάριο "Ενθάρρυνση χωρίς πίεση" με 15 υπέροχους γονείς που αφιέρωσαν τον χρόνο τους και την καρδιά τους για να δουν τα παιδιά τους λίγο πιο βαθιά και να καταλάβουν τι κρύβεται πίσω από την αναβλητικότητα, την αντίσταση και την πίεση. Τους ευχαριστώ πολύ για την εμπιστοσύνη τους

Μιλήσαμε για

🌱 τις τρεις βασικές ψυχολογικές ανάγκες των παιδιών (Αυτονομία – Ικανότητα – Σχέση)
🌱 γιατί η πίεση φέρνει αντίσταση
🌱 πώς λειτουργεί η αναβλητικότητα στα παιδιά
🌱 πώς βάζουμε όρια χωρίς έλεγχο
🌱 πότε το παιδί χρειάζεται συνοδεία και πότε χώρο
🌱 το “παιχνίδι” της διπλής επιθυμίας στα παιδιά
🌱 και τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε στην πράξη ως γονείς

Ήταν ένα θεωρητικό και πρακτικό τρίωρο, με case studies, μικρές ασκήσεις αναστοχασμού, και εργαλεία που οι γονείς μπορούν να χρησιμοποιήσουν άμεσα.

Λόγω της μεγάλης ζήτησης, το σεμινάριο θα τρέξει άλλη μία φορά μέσα στον μήνα. Φαίνεται ότι οι γονείς ζοριζόμαστε μωρέ με τα διαβάσματα, τα πρέπει, γιατί αναβάλλουν τα παιδιά και τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε.

Είναι θεωρητικό/εκπαιδευτικό, με μικρές ασκήσεις αναστοχασμού.

Θα τρέξει πάλι Κυριακή 14 Δεκεμβρίου 17:00 - 20:00 το απογευματάκι και το κόστος του είναι 50 ευρώ.

Earlier this week, the White House announced it will issue an executive order that would block state-level kids' AI safety laws. This fall, tech lobbyists tried to make this happen through Congress, but they failed. Now, they're trying to push it through with an executive order.

Our kids deserve better.

Governors have powerful voices and are now the last line of defense to stop the administration from putting kids' safety at risk.

Urge your governor right now to oppose this order.

The White House proposed an executive order that would prevent states from passing their own AI safety laws, including protections for kids. Governors can help them stop it. Urge your governor to oppose the executive order today.

AI chatbots—including widely used products like OpenAI's ChatGPT, Anthropic's Claude, Google's Gemini, and Meta's Meta AI—are multi-use AI platforms that can engage in text- and voice-based conversations on virtually any topic. While these chatbots are primarily designed and marketed for tasks like homework and answering questions, Common Sense Media research shows that three in four teens use AI for companionship, which can include emotional support and mental health conversations.

The bottom line: AI chatbots for mental health support represent a high-risk use case for teens. Despite recent, welcome improvements in how these systems handle explicit su***de and self-harm content, our comprehensive testing across the most recent models revealed systematic failures in recognizing and appropriately responding to the full spectrum of mental health conditions that affect young people, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, mania, and psychosis.
