As we move into the last week of January, February brings the stirring of new birth and growth deep within both the 🌎 and our wombs.
The time of quickening. Imbolc, a time of stirring deep in the belly or Oimelc- Ewes Milk. 🐑A time when Ewes are lambing, tiny green shoots poking up through mud and snow, and a deep longing for light and new life. 🌱
In our modern world we may be disconnected from this closeness with the 🌎 rhythm, however finding stillness and listening to the inner whispers of our Soul can bring forth new life.
Find a place and time to be undisturbed, to connect to your body....and listen.
Close the eyes, be comfortable, placing hands on your low belly. And breathe into the space. Just noticing.
Sacrum, pelvic floor, womb. Feeling and listening.
Ask yourself - what is it I want to bring forth into the light, to give life to, birth.
When this inner whisper comes through, place your other hand on your heart, feeling the joy of new life, new beginnings and allow yourself to visualize this dream ✨ in order to bring it to life.
