Remember the sequence for an ayurvedic morning routine: Asanas and/or Sun salutations > Pranayama > Meditation > Exercise > Breakfast

It's recommended to get up at Vata time (between 2am and 6am) as this is the critical peak time for waking. After that it becomes Kapha time, and you'll be more groggy and sluggish.

Women with fire placements in their sun, venus and moon tend to get looped into doing all the work and never being allowed to have a soft side. All they want is to be loved properly, and not have to do the work of two people all the time.

This goes for ta**us placements as well, some of y'all be doing way too much for the ungrateful, loyalty isn't a great quality when it's to the wrong people.

The best advice I can give to Pisceans and 12h placements is to acknowledge the reality of Earth School for what it is, and dissociate away from it any way, otherwise you'll be so far into the depths of the abyss you won't be able to get out if it.

You deserve better. Stop healing everyone who wants you to be their rehab center. If someone is avoidant, proceed accordingly and stop trying to love them harder

Don't forget to stop associating with people who are enablers this year and forever after. They're just as toxic as the people they're enabling. Many of them will use you as their personal healers and never change, it's never your job to assist with their karmas.
