📚 Book Club starting soon!📚

We’ve been wanting to start a small, laid-back book club focused on personal growth, mindset, and becoming a healthier version of ourselves— and finally… it’s here!

First book up: “The Let Them Theory” by Mel Robbins.

The idea behind this book is simple but powerful:
Instead of exhausting ourselves trying to control other people, fix situations, or constantly manage how others perceive us… just let them.

Let them misunderstand you.
Let them make their own choices.
Let them think what they want.
Let them show you who they are.

And then the second, more important part: LET YOU!
Let yourself move on.
Let yourself choose peace.
Let yourself stop carrying things that were never yours to control.

It’s really about:
✨ letting go of control
✨ protecting your energy
✨ building self-trust
✨ focusing on what you can actually change — your mindset, boundaries, and choices.

If you’ve ever felt drained by other people’s expectations, drama, or opinions, this book hits on some really freeing ideas.
