May is about springing into those summer clothes.

May will be our challenge month! We will be doing The Fitness Den style of the 75 Hard Challenge. This will be a 30-day version, broken down to make it more attainable for you. The original 75 Hard is amazing, but it can feel overwhelming. Don”t worry, we’ve got you! Be on the lookout for details coming soon.

May 25th we will be hosting The Murph at The Fitness Den. Whether you’re hardcore or thinking, “what the heck is The Murph?”we’ve got a version for you, including a chair option!

Bungee updates all month long! We’re super excited and grinding behind the scenes to get everything in place. From structural builds, harness cleaning, music licensing, and everything in between, we are working nonstop!

May is about getting better, getting things done, and kicking butt!

If you plan on riding on the float please be in the staging area between 5:45-6pm. Parade starts promptly at 6:30.

* LINEUP TIME: 5:30 PM
* LINEUP LOCATION: The South Gate of First Monday

🗺️ Parade Route
The parade will step off at 6:30 PM sharp.
* START: Exit the South Gate of First Monday.
* ROUTE: Turn east onto Highway 64, then south onto Buffalo Street.
* END: Canton Junior High School
