We have been hard at work over here! Classes are going great! Y’all are killing it! The building construction has started! So excited! And we have been working hard supporting others and building a networking team!

As part of that network we are excited to for Sheila Walker Carroll to offer Mommy and Me classes as soon as the gym opens! She will be doing all bookings for this class. Contact her and get ready for this amazing Mommy and Me class! A chance to connect with your child, other moms, and your body!

Thank you for hanging with me during this transition period! We are so close to having a building! The building starts going up this week!

We will have 2 spin classes this week, Tuesday and Thursday night @ 6:00 pm.

Bootcamp on Monday will be at The Fitness Den’s new location. Wednesday and Friday bootcamp will be at the splash pad. It is supposed to rain Wednesday and Friday.

Text 903-361-7171 to reserve a spin bike and pound spot. Bootcamp you don’t need to reserve a spot for.

The concrete slab Is poured and is begging for a workout! We are one step closer to the building going up!
