The parade will step off at 6:30 PM sharp.
* START: Exit the South Gate of First Monday.
* ROUTE: Turn east onto Highway 64, then south onto Buffalo Street.
* END: Canton Junior High School

The new booking app is officially live! This app has been a bit bumpy to get launched but once we all adjust to the learning curve it has more to offer us then our last booking app.

Sept 29th and Sept 30 will end our free bootcamp classes (labeled circuit for the 29th and 30th on the below calendar).

We are opening up all classes to max capacity. We are also opening up 1 on 1 personal training and semi private group sessions with a max of 4 people. Those classes can be booked with me with the time that fits your schedule the best!

Now let’s put this new gym to work!
