Living with chronic pain
doesn’t always look the way people expect.

Not just pain.

But changes in:
sensation
temperature
energy
movement

I’ll share what some of these symptoms have felt like for me —
examples of what a system can look like when under demand ❤️

When I started understanding what was happening, the fear started to settle ❤️

Wishing you a calm, beautiful day today 🌊💞

In learning to live with chronic pain, movement started slowly for me.

A few minutes.
A few steps.

And one shift in thinking:

Not - how far can I go,

but reframed to —

Make each movement count.

How well can I do this one movement?

Slow.
Deliberate.
Present.
Lovingly.

That is where it begins 🌊❤️

Wishing you a calm, beautiful day today 💞

When the body stays still too long:
• circulation slows
• pressure builds
• signals become louder

And the brain begins to believe:
something is wrong here.

Even the smallest, most gentle, supported movement —
or movement guided in any way —
can begin to change that signal ❤️

Let’s just try 💞

It is part of the system that shapes:

- how pain is experienced
- how the body regulates
- how it recovers under demand

Supporting energy isn’t about forcing the body.

It’s about understanding
what it may be working to maintain —

and offering support there.

This is simply what that has looked like for me ❤️

Wishing you a calm, beautiful day 🌊💞

It was gradual.
Subtle.

But real.

- Less deep depletion
- More steadiness
- Better tolerance
- Faster return to baseline

Not a removal of pain —

but a shift in how my body could carry it.

That matters.

Because sometimes progress isn’t loud.

It’s the body adapting… quietly 🌊❤️

What I explored within this framework —
is one part of what became WaveHeart

Not as a protocol,
but as ways different parts of the system that may be supported

These are examples of targeted support I’v explored
through research and personal trial, specifically for supporting depleted energy.

- Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) → mitochondrial + antioxidant support

- D-ribose — involved in ATP structure

- Magnesium — energy-related enzymatic processes

- B vitamins — energy metabolism pathways

- CoQ10 — mitochondrial electron transport

- Iron (when needed) — oxygen delivery

- Creatine — rapid ATP recycling and energy buffering

Not one solution.

A system.

And this will look different
for everyone.

This is one piece of a much larger picture —
one I’m continuing to share, step by step 🌊❤️

Wishing you a calm, beautiful day 🌊💞

ATP production depends on multiple parts working together:

- Fuel → glucose + fats

- Mitochondria → where energy is produced

- Substrates → building blocks for ATP

- Cofactors → nutrients that allow reactions to happen

- Oxygen + circulation → delivery system

If one part is off,
the whole system feels it.

This was my shift:

I stopped looking for a single fix.

And started looking at
how to support the system as a whole.

Not forcing energy —
but supporting how it’s made.

Wishing you a calm, beautiful day 🌊💞

What energy depletion can feel like in chronic pain:

Not just tired.

But:

- deep, heavy fatigue

- dense, persistent aching or burning

- slower recovery

- a sense your body is working harder than it should

This isn’t weakness.

It may be the result of a system under load.

In CRPS, the body may be managing:

- continuous nerve signaling

- autonomic dysregulation

- altered circulation

- ongoing inflammatory activity

All of which require energy.

So the question becomes:

What happens when demand increases…
but efficiency decreases?

That question changed everything for me.

Because it shifted me from

“why do I feel like this?”
to
“what might my body be trying to keep up with?”

Let’s dive deeper ❤️

Wishing you a calm, beautiful day 🌊💞
