Small Group Training

Perimenopause isn’t the time to go it alone.

You don’t need more intensity—you need individualized programming, expert coaching, and a space where your body feels safe to get strong.

That’s the power of small group training.

TRUE.

Resistance training improves mitochondrial efficiency, insulin sensitivity, and nervous system resilience - all of which are often impacted by hormonal shifts during perimenopause.

More energy isn’t always about doing more.
It’s about training in a way your body can actually recover from.

🚫 MYTH:
If you feel tired during perimenopause, you need to train harder to get your energy back.

✅️ TRUTH:
During perimenopause, more intensity without enough recovery can increase fatigue, disrupt sleep, and elevate stress hormones.

Strategic resistance training, paired with rest, helps stabilize energy by supporting muscle, hormones, and nervous system regulation.

Energy comes from adaptation, not exhaustion.

Did you know?
Poor sleep during perimenopause reduces your body’s ability to recover from resistance training and build muscle.

When sleep is disrupted:
• Muscle repair slows
• Perceived effort increases
• Inflammation stays elevated

That’s why workouts can feel harder, even when you’re doing the same program.

Supporting sleep is a key part of effective perimenopause training.
