🌟 What a rewarding experience sharing NAMI Central Oregon's grassroots mental health initiatives with the students of Cascades Academy's Community 101 class! 🌼

This program empowers high school students to actively engage with their communities through grantmaking and volunteering, cultivating a strong sense of civic responsibility.

We also had the opportunity to discuss our youth-oriented mental health programs, and it’s so encouraging to see the enthusiasm from these students in wanting to contribute to this important area! Together, we're making a meaningful impact and promoting mental wellness for the youth of Central Oregon!

🌟 What a Night to Remember! 🌟

Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of hosting our Volunteer Appreciation Event at the High Desert Music Hall in Redmond, where we celebrated the incredible volunteers who make NAMI Central Oregon possible.

From heartfelt awards to a fun slideshow showcasing the dedication of our volunteers in our grassroots mental health community, the evening was filled with food, laughter, and connection.

Thank you to everyone who attended and to those who couldn't make it—you are all amazing, and we see you! 💖
