In the book, “The Seven Secrets of Sound Healing”, Jonathan Goldman states that intention + frequency = healing. You set the tone for what you offer.

This is my version of the equation. Ritual + intention = magic. It sounds so simple, but it’s truly life changing. You can invite magic into your life simply by creating your rituals, moving through the “mundane” with intent to create the most magical outcome.

What are your current routines? How can you create them into ceremonies with intention? What will make you feel empowered to call forth the energy you are trying to evoke in your daily life?
