The following is the initial proposal material for " Project Vallejo Pheonix ". Since the fundraising and speculation is open to E-Bell Industries LLC, we can not forget our need to branch out our values and paradigm-shifting strategies through the important Non-profit sector and develop a path of sector infusions for overall economic and cultural stimulation. Take time to read our plan of action.
Project Vallejo Phoenix
It is our main objective of Project Vallejo Phoenix to bring the American entrepreneurial spirit into Vallejo’s culture through a community-by-community grassroots approach, and to introduce to America E- Bell Industries LLC’s “ Adversity Equals Creativity (A=C )" self-empowerment principles. These important value points facilitate a healthy platform for our methods to reinvigorate the American inventive spirit in those under dire and less fortunate conditions-- prisons, jails, hospitals, psych ward, housing projects, street corners, homeless encampments; wherever wisdom calls from the adversity of the streets.
We believe that the truth be told that the fortitude that makes America rise from calamity and recover rapidly is its ability to put frivolous disputes and prejudices to the side and rally around practical and utility genius in unexpected people and areas. And that is what actually drives our country's innovation and global leadership in manufacturing and building things up and solving big problems!
We believe it is important to test our (A=C) principles on a community master redevelopment plan for one of our favorite Bay Area daughters, Vallejo CA. It is important that the communities get to know us and why we are interested in building our company’s improved business and non-profit charter through the successes of our redevelopment efforts in Vallejo -- our success is based on Vallejo’s success. This approach ensures our intertwined interests continue to improve or show we are not a good match. But we want to build longevity into this campaign from the beginning.
Company’s non-profit feasible objectives
Our first effort is to promise Vallejo’s concerned citizens that we are in that city to stimulate solutions to their most difficult problems and not become their issues and get entangled in bad
politics and malfeasance. We will not deal with any government official in Vallejo if they are not willing to be a servant to the people they are supposed to serve and listen to the majority of what they are voicing, while still trying to represent the smaller voices, too
We at E-Bell Industries LLC want to address the real issues and not rehash old political hot potatoes to seem like we know Vallejo’s values and culture. We know the Bay Area and Vallejo are a part of that community! We are only going to preserve and enhance the best of San Francisco-to-Sacramento in values of American Liberty, Justice, and beneficial and useful creativity.
Under our Non-profit, social responsibility, the charter of “Project Vallejo Phoenix”, E-Bell will welcome a better corporate model towards doing business in a city: Bringing it community redevelopment plans and ideas to maintain the city’s beauty, prestige, and influence or resuscitate and revitalize it to make it better. It is a priority in this objective for E-Bell to not plan in Vallejo’s communities without authentic Vallejo residents sitting on our development table to make sure Vallejo’s future still represents its true culture and traditions!
It was highly important that we test out a few of our ideas by taking pictures of dumpsites, garbage bins, etc., of walking or riding a bike down Vallejo’s streets. We posted those pictures with provocative topics that are immediate issues and in all people’s faces if you happened to walk down one of Vallejo’s streets. We took this dialog to Facebook groups in Vallejo and were able to produce buzz and awareness by utilizing the slogan:” Vallejo Wake Up! The responses were unexpectedly fast, seriously critical, but most importantly very supportive and possibly trend developmental.
It is also paramount to Vallejo’s and E-Bell’s mutual interest for our company to maintain the momentum of these critical issues when the buzz is developed upon them. We will monitor, data mine, and analyze all residents' responses to our unique solution-finding platform and build and encourage grassroots awareness, and organization of action upon residents and private business empowerment within the community. We believe this strategy shows our Vallejo clients and residents that we bring our company to enhance the community and can be trusted to listen and re-empower them through E-Bell Industries LLC’s visionary ideas and methods.
So far our “Real Issue” intelligence gathering of Vallejo found that illegal garbage dump sites and irresponsible homeless encampments are becoming nuances and an eye soar to Vallejo's public; while, also, damaging to self-pride, community morale, property values, and outside investments-- self-damaging to Vallejo’s image and attraction abilities. This issue really matters to Vallejoians!
In response, E-Bell will fund and coordinate its own garbage and litter clean-up efforts under “Project Vallejo Phoenix '' non-profit charter, and coordinate larger efforts with other non-profit homogenous groups in Vallejo. We encourage healthy competition building, volunteerism, and cooperation to meet these goals and needs.
The hopeful momentum and substance producing stimulation of vocal and action-ready residents in the spirit of volunteerism may manage a morale boost and subsequently a program of maintenance of that crucial initial energy. The developed and natural captivation of Project Vallejo Phoenix within this city must be harnessed by grass-roots Vallejo groups who help E-Bell to make more platforms and facilitation for the unfortunate, single and individual views that are not represented in the traditional power structures of Vallejo but tend to grow fast in threads of community social media outlets.
E-Bell Industries LLC wants to assure all stakeholders and investors that our fact-finding process in all matters is legal and generally angled toward responsible investigative journalism; while finding reasons to deconstruct negative city hype. In pursuit of fine-tuning our proprietary methodical assessments of distinguishing Vallejo's facts from the fiction; we hope to streamline our efforts to w**d out the genuine from the not so sincere through evolved longer commitment retention and the assessments of that program of maintenance. These efforts are not only efficient for Project Vallejo Phoenix but important to reduce E-Bell Industries risks by always having relevant data.
One of our company’s learning tools , and a goal through Project Vallejo Phoenix, is to monitor, in a participatory and transparent manner, all activities that we can positively stimulate through these important characteristics: volunteerism, awareness, education of existing community redevelopment plans, open dialogue, and tip-hotline to provide outlet for 24-hour spontaneous ideas or suggestion, which all can be implemented in a cost-effective manner.
It is paramount to our company to acquire the ability to move fluidly through our for-profit and non-profit activity in Vallejo, and remain committed to our companies assurance to re-distribute our Corporate wealth into the local economy and be proactive in creating new revenue streams through our company’s balanced approach to sector infusions.
It is our hope through Project Vallejo Phoenix to utilize our non-profit sector activity and calculatingly inject our successes into the local private sector and government sector speculations, and promote increased ethical standards of the friendly ambiance of business-to-business and business-to-government transactions that are free from special interest and antitrust issues.
In theory, Project Vallejo Phoenix's results can further assist the currently stalled sector in Vallejo’s institutions of local economic power and reinvigorate the population of disposable cash flow . Thus will, hopefully, cause those stalled sectors to pay attention to local community hype, and possibly develop cooperation of fueled or silent harmony for the bigger picture of Vallejo’s overall well being.
Vallejo’s overall sector engines need a jump start with some glorious endeavors like inexpensive guerilla hype that is evolving in Project Vallejo Phoenix; while holding high the lamp that shines goodness’s light back into the authentic city brand development; restabilization of the influence of local trends; and maintaining integrity in all commitments; and to act upon promised cooperation and agreements that are based on fair and counseled reexamination of the stalemate back alley disputes and traditional grudges of wealthy families and influential neighbors-- we need those to be solved before the real moving and stirring of the people of Vallejo's self-realization of indefatigable Unity.
These native unproductive traditions and their anthropological and tribal institutional developments have a tendency to procrastinate and disrupt the local process of legitimate progress .These status-qou damaging deduction points are the unnecessary bad attitudes that are made over disgruntled reactions of private neighbor issues and institutional grievance.
These must be up-rooted and permanently removed and eliminated from Vallejo’s list of self-sabotage!
In our pursuit of Societal Benefit Innovation and utility invention through Project Vallejo Phoenix, we feel Vallejo’s communities of faith, political action committee and grass-roots organizations can better produce a candid expression of Vallejo’s image; and facilitate a more extensive educational and hands-on learning opportunity for our company to grow with Vallejo.
It is important to convey that Project Vallejo Phoenix is our utilization of different sector opportunities instead of just relying on the traditional market pe*******on and advertisement methods alone. This single-mindedness of any corporation or LLC who thinks that the for-profit approach is the best traditional business angle lacks affordability of fluid development of guerilla marketing, which is needed in extraordinary ventures and endeavors.
We need to address any streamline capability that is legal and inventive to speed up redevelopment goals without sacrificing fundamental company interest. We need to hasten and remove that rather stiff and stagnant process of the unnecessary practice of status-quo business as usual in place of a more open and fast track to Vallejo redevelopment ; while remaining free of historic methods of roadblock, i.e., “ Historic Site “ designations.
It is important to note that any economic, political and faith base reaction and response to our company’s non-profit efforts that prove successful will be harnessed and . As well, the anticipated failures that may require E-Bell’s contingency arrangements to quickly assemble cooperative “ Rectify Committees ” and “Correction Teams” to ensure immediate response to the aim of progressing forward! This will ensure we are listening to the atmosphere of the native and resident signals of pulse in what is truly received by them, what is actually digested, and how individuals vocalize their personal and group message of reaction.
( Note : Our community analysis is to assure we are reading our host community correctly and delivering our services, in the most non-intrusive ,but maxim position for our clients. It is our goal through Project Vallejo Phoenix to hopefully acquire rapid response utility methods in E-Bell’s System-Wide Alert and Database ( SWAD);and so better connect our Alerts and Community Notification through social media as an additional layer and wider net of group cooperation to stop and deter any Smash and Grab suspect who tries to out-wit our security system by wearing a mask or disguise.)
Strategic efforts to address real issues of Vallejo
In our cumulative effort to increase encouragement of Vallejo’s reinventing of its image, its extent of exposure,; and stimulation to deconstruct the over-exaggeration and unnecessary hyperbole that does damage, we offer Vallejo an opportunity to be the birthplace of 1) E-Bell vehicle and asset security system to specifically challenge the “Smash and Grab'' petty criminal epidemic; and 2) our non-profit wing “Project Vallejo Phoenix” will employ our company’s ideas of a safer city from biological and virus born communicable diseases, like covid-19 and its mutations.
We are working on developing innovative Personal Protective Equipment ( PPE) with the dual utility of bullet-resistant plexiglass in individual HVAC containment pods; mask tech and gasket tech to protect city electrical grids. It is through these societal beneficial innovations that such project pioneering will make Vallejo a city risen from the ashes and safer. As well, give us an equal opportunity to allow our non-profit organization to design, patent, and develop prototypes in Vallejo to continue the creative flow, ; and have Vallejo become recognized as the safest place to do business, live, go to school and enjoy social venues in the world.
We will work to bring all resources that may address K-12 issues that need proper funding through grassroots efforts in conjunction with PTA and school authorities' encouragement. We will gradually work to overhaul Vallejo’s school system and facilitate a discovery referendum of new local school charter that includes dynamic ideas of class cooperation in the learning process instead of misapplied areas of expected high competition in institutional structures in America.
We want to continue in the creative spirit of native Vallejo artists like Mac Dre, E40, and Baby Bash who brought prestige to little-known Vallejo. But unlike their associated notoriety, we come with unadulterated transparency, ideas for a solution, and the substance of a poised company. We want to pick up these artists' creative mantel and stamp it with Vallejo-swag; not saying that our native San Francisco doesn't have a place for our company’s swag, but Vallejo is in need and her Bay Boys bring her that Frisco flavor-- Vallejo already has that mix with a sprinkle of country folk!
We offer an open platform with all churches and inter-faith resources to pray and mobilize intersected interests and get volunteers to hit those homeless encampments to not only give them food and clothes but to go pick up the stuff that the homeless waste or do not want and teach them to clean up after themselves. Individual communities love that people feed and clothe the unfortunate, but not at the expense of trash piles in front of private and Government Property. It is an eye soar and brings property value down.
We also propose that Vallejo, in honor of one of its homegrown late hip-hop legend, Mac Dre,, propose to purchase with E-Bell Industries LLC, a parcel of Federal land at Mare Island to produce Hyphy Movement “Side-Shows” and drag races and authenticate a valid underground voice that strives to preserve Mac Dre’s legendary Hyphy influence in the Bay Area! We also believe that a good maintenance program of that facilitation would be to offer one of Vallejo’s living Legends, E-40, honorary governor of that Mare Island piece of land.
We can start off with these efforts and then tackle the education and planning for a fight to bring resources to Vallejo to help mobilize mental health and drug addiction resources to the homeless and get them the needed help, not the wasteful assistance that only drains and plugs up our system. We have to rethink Mare Island as one of the solutions to vagabond living and still preserve those historical sites like Parade Grounds and the associated Marine Barrack.
Redevelop strategies
Our redevelopment plan has many lofty ideas that are easier said than done. I got a taste of some of the hot-headed, fear-mongering, plain hopeless, and nostalgia of this city from the base and affluent of its citizens, which comprise their tapestry of politics. But one thing that they all shared was that none wanted to see Vallejo fall further down the skid-city road!
The next phase in Project Vallejo Phoenix is to give this planning full-scale operation status with a developed table of grass-roots meets commerce and government support ( this does not mean government money that Vallejo does not have); it is more access and official influence toward correct legislation that truly reflects the mores of this generation of Vallejoians.
As pointed out in the page post of Reynaldo Castillo, each community‘s business sector must be approached not only in the halls of Vallejo’s commerce or charity balls or galas but boots on the ground to meet and greet Vallejo’s important business owners, workers, and patrons to find out what they want to see Vallejo look and feel like as being one of America’s forgotten American naval city gems-- shining bright since 1917-1946 and then Mare Island was no longer need and the World War II was over.
Business is actually booming in Vallejo; particularly in those pockets of hot spot industrial and niche market business. The cannabis clubs like V.H.H.C and USBloom have constant customers and products to service the communities. There are plenty of Barbershops but hardly any visible tattoo shops. Whenever there is a boom in a local market niche or company operation it is the responsibility of the city investors and officials to evaluate that trend and determine if that hype is Vallejo mores or a new one to increase local business popularity and boost city image -- their success has an intertwined interest.
When a city in America is falling backward it can not afford to go back to those old ideas with no new value points to push those solutions finally through. We know that Vallejo has the ability to find its own solutions and does not need outside high-minded utopian-thinkers poking around Vallejo’s hoods. I already spoke with hood captains about “Trizzling” -- stumbling unexpectedly into demon dens of hood -vamps that will try to pull your soul from your neck; and hoodhounds that bark at you with gold fangs, red eyes, slurred and pitchy ( country-folk meets thug hound ) hyphy tone, with ma*****na stench cinnamon fire smell in the dred-head.
Some of our most prominent members understand these Hood characters all so well and will never underestimate the power of their disruption. As some of our members are former hood soldiers, our company is unique in that we represent what is becoming a larger American community of reformed and rehabilitated American citizens. We know what is out there in the streets and hierarchy and we are never afraid to make our voice heard, respected, and felt.
In the conjunctive spirit of our larger reformed community we assure our target audience that our past malicious and evil intent to survive mentality has been sacrificed for the pursuit of being better people for our Creator, family, and country; and we are willing to show that sincerity to the communities provided they allow us the opportunity to make good on our words.
This is not a time to be enemies with our own Nation but use our leadership experience as transferable skills to fight our nation's enemies domestic and foreign but not losing respect on the streets. The Bible is the book of Proverbs says “ Wisdom calls out from the streets “. Are we hearing her voice?
Vallejo needs to be woken up! This requires an awareness campaign of the relevant issues and which empowers these communities to get involved. A fundraiser at Vallejo’s community center should be composed of district leaders, community organizers of specific niche interests, officials, businesses, and property owners. We want to hear the issues and get a feel of what kind of cultural and political tapestry Vallejo consists of and see if the bad officials are willing to change for the better or be challenged by candidates that can intersect with our interest with Vallejo.
Our seven-point business site improvement plan includes 1) proper demolition and waste management over dump sites; 2) adequate renovation encouragement and resources; 3) increase in business signs and art; 4) Architecture and landscape art and culture programs; 5) Taxation and property owner compensation for city support of volunteer encouragement; 6) Vallejo business volunteerism development and maintenance program, and 7) investment and grants for the sustainability of successes in projects.
Vallejo’s got an image problem with government corruption, crime, decrease in property values due to dumpsite eye soars;homelessness, disadvantage in regional politics and community planning; a lack of funds to sustain good governance programs; a lack of proper investment, and disempowerment of local resident political awareness, voice, and action. This can be solved through volunteerism, grassroots action, and the non-profit sector infusions.
Mare Island must be in the talks to purchase land to develop homelessness resources in a central place. Also to purchase land to give the “Hyphy SideShow “ phenomenon that was born in Vallejo a place to facilitate a better image and creative engine flow.
Cost-Effectiveness of non-profit Activity of is Volunteerism Project Vallejo Phoenix
The priority of the cost of Project Vallejo Phoenix is to facilitate the E-Bell Industries LLC's method of detecting and cultivating unusual acumen to solve problems and foresee problematic variables in the dynamics of solution-finding.
We assess that this requires more than “ America’s Got Talent shows” but more in a reality of a constant “ Vallejo got Talent' ' show that showcases the talent in the garage, homeless encampment, bathroom, or church pulpit of homogenous nature. This requires mainly public and private access and transparent fundraising to create a constant trust in Vallejo’s honor that can be rapidly tapped into to reignite utility fundraising and give Vallejo a new revenue stream for resident treasury control and quick ability to transparently release funds to infuse the prospective stalled sectors.
Our Non-profit venture in Vallejo will be examined with our eye on creating E-Bell’s own brand Crypto-currency of corporate operational trade that is being reviewed by RND of the E-Bell think tank coupled with the data produced by Project Vallejo Phoenix. This idea is to empower corporate and sector commerce to be streamlined and progress never stalled!
This proposed method will give Vallejoians the room to reach deep to find creative ways to raise funds for its cities utility and image; and through improvised platforms, find the homogenous geniuses that have a potential to open new revenue streams for Vallejo wealth distribution and intangibility marketing of image reinvention.
As well, hopefully, these efforts will pe*****te hearts in Vallejo and other out-siders to welcome charity to the Vallejo spirit and financially charge the grassroots movement and subsequent homogenous oversight committees.
Vallejo has to give E-Bell Industries LLC more access than money and more cooperation in concerted actions and and aligned steps so a harmonious pace of native and out-sider interest
can make real production, and homogenous flavor can be preserved in Vallejo’s improved menu and future city charter.
