My goal is to help heal the whole person... by tapping into their past, present and future.. allowing them to connect with deceased loved ones and helping to release the negative energy and past pains that have been holding them back from their best life, this in return will allow the healing and re balancing of their mind, body and soul...leaving them feeling lighter, freer and at peace. Giving them more clarity and understanding.

Feeling off lately? this might be why ✨

If you’ve been extra tired, waking up at random hours, having vivid dreams, brain fog, headaches, even feeling a little “out of it”… you’re not alone

Your body might not be breaking down
it might be recalibrating

This kind of energy shift can look like:
• extreme fatigue or weird sleep
• vivid dreams / restless nights
• headaches, dizziness, brain fog
• joint pain or inflammation
• nausea or random cravings
• intuition getting louder but confusing

It’s your system asking you to slow down
to listen
to release what no longer fits

So instead of pushing through it…
ground yourself
hydrate
rest when you need to
and pay attention to what feels off in your life

Your body will always tell you the truth
