Experience the healing qualities of Bent Mountain in this beautiful fume free space that is quiet and quaint! I offer an integrative medical massage for $65 an hour which includes Swedish (relaxation), deep tissue(more pressure to relieve pain), neuromuscular trigger point therapy (helps eliminate trigger points, those sore spots in your body), myofascial release (awesome for fibromyalgia), lymphatic (great for detox), hot stones (added for free to a 90 minute massage) Pregnancy massage prenatal and postnatal. I offer a cup of hot tea while we do your intake and discuss issues you're having, taking notes and keeping up with your progress. After the massage you get a crystal glass filled with refreshing well water. At this point we discuss your maintenance plan of care (I offer packages 5 for $275 and 10 for $500) We reschedule and you enjoy a leisurely drive down the scenic mountain road.
