From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank each and every one of you for your unwavering support in making my dream of bringing yoga and a safe space of healing a reality. I am incredibly grateful for your belief in this project. When I chose the words “Natural State Namaste” as my business name, it has always had a dual meaning to me. One being yes, we live in the Natural State of Arkansas. And two being, I wanted to create a space for those to come back to their natural state of wellbeing mentally and physically. And lastly, Namaste as a word that honors the journey that each of us is on in life. My commitment to you, Benton, was to create a space of safety and healing for you to find that natural state and grow to your highest potential and light. Our yoga journey has been incredible, and it’s brought us to a place where we’re ready to expand our offerings. It’s with a happy (& tender) heart that I announce that NSN is saying goodbye, as it merges with Saline Performance + WELLNESS, AS ONE to complement your yoga practice and support your well-being on a deeper level.

Earth Day Celebration at Natural State Market April 20th!!

Join us at 10am for an all-levels yoga class on the patio!!!

We are excited to welcome Recycle Saline’s mascot, Smarty, to our Earth Day Celebration! He’ll be here at 1:00 on Saturday, April 20th to meet kids, take pictures and answer any recycling questions kiddos might have ♻️

🌎 What else is happening for our Earth Day Celebration on April 20?

Deep Healing with Sound Massage is a Sound Bath that is a deeply-immersive, meditative experience where the participants are bathed in sound frequency waves. These waves are created by various overtone-emitting instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and more. 
As these sounds assist a downshift of the nervous system, going from sympathetic (fight or flight) into parasympathetic (rest and relaxation), they can also slow the heart and respiratory rate, creating therapeutic and restorative conditions for the mind and body. The sounds stimulate the alpha and theta waves of the brain, which encourages deep, meditative, and peaceful states that are highly conducive to healing.
This experience invites the participant to deepen their state of consciousness, unplug from external distractions for self-discovery, deep rest, and reset. Emily, our massage therapist will be coming around to each participant for a few minutes each and use techniques to help relax muscles and relieve tension during the sound bath.
