This memory still moves me. ✨️

Watching The Healing Room come together from an empty space to what it has become, reminds me how much trust and courage it took to begin. 🙏

I followed a quiet inner knowing and built what God placed on my heart, trusting the right people would find their way here. And they did........again and again. 🙌

To every person who has trusted me with your healing journey: thank you. It has been an honor and a privilege to walk alongside you.

Oh my how I have been missing Popsie’s Porch milk!!!!

When you are on a waiting list for milk. You know it is GOOD! 🐄🥛

But no worries. They have added new girls to the farm and are fully stocked.

That is....for now. 😁

Ohhhh......and the BEST CREAM!!! It is limited though so grab it when you can.

Let’s talk fascia. 🕸

When I work with fascia, I’m not just massaging muscles. I’m helping your body unwind the layers of tension, emotion, and memory it’s been carrying so you can feel lighter, freer, and more you.

📣 Announcement

As we move into the holidays, I’ll be slowing down from 1:1 bodywork sessions at The Healing Room to create space for reflection, rest, and renewal.

I have a few appointments remaining in October and November, and then I’ll be taking a pause from new bookings through the end of the year.

This season always reminds me how powerful it can be to simply be still......to listen, breathe, and realign before stepping into what’s next.

If you’ve been wanting to schedule a session before my break, now is the time to do so. 🤍

Codependency is often painted as a weakness, but what if it’s actually a soul signal?

At its root, codependency is born from a deep desire to be loved and safe.

Somewhere along the way, we learned that our worth depended on meeting someone else’s needs, fixing their pain, or carrying their burdens.

Spiritually, this is a forgetting of who we truly are......

a beloved child of God, already whole, already worthy.

Codependency pulls us out of center.

Instead of standing rooted in our own essence, we orbit around others.

Instead of trusting God as the healer, we try to rescue, control, or manage outcomes. And over time, we lose sight of where we end and another begins.

But there’s another layer here.

Codependency also carries an invitation.

A call to:

✨ Return to yourself.
✨ Remember the spark of God within you.
✨ Create boundaries that honor your soul.
✨ Love from overflow, not emptiness.

Healing from codependency isn’t about loving others less, it’s about learning to love yourself enough to let God be God, and to stand whole in your own identity.
From that place, you can love freely, without entanglement, without losing yourself.

Your worth has never been in what you do for others. It’s in who you already are. 🤍

Last month I hosted a 4-week Fascial Flow Series here at The Healing Room, and something incredible happened…

It wasn’t just about stretching or relaxing.
It was about women coming together.
Carrying their own hidden weights, stresses, and stories,
and finding out they weren’t alone.

Together we found stillness.

Together we released what we’d been holding in our bodies.

Together we laughed, cried, and remembered what it feels like to be fully seen and safe.

🌿 Fascial Flow is my blend of Yin Yoga and fascia release. It’s not about perfect poses. It’s about slowing down enough to listen to your body and letting the layers of tension..... physical and emotional....melt away.
Its about becoming Unstuck, both in mind and body.

The women who came told me:
✨ “I feel lighter. Calmer.”
✨ “I finally let my guard down.”
✨ “I didn’t realize how much I needed this.”

And maybe… you need this too.

Imagine being part of a small circle of women (just 4–6 max).

A space where you can drop the mask, settle into stillness, and discover release together.

A space to heal, not alone, but in community... with your sister, your best friend, your co-worker, or a group of women who feel just like you.

Maybe you’ve been doing the work… reading the books, listening to the podcasts, trying to stay positive.
But no matter how much you try, it still feels like something deep inside is holding you back.

You’re not broken.
You’re not weak.
Your mind is simply doing what it was taught to do, protecting you in the only way it knew how.

The beautiful thing is… you can teach it something new.

That’s what we do in a RTT session.

We go beneath the surface to find the moment your mind decided,
“This is how we survive,”
and we gently help it understand…
It’s safe to choose something different now.

And when that shift happens, it shows..... hearts open, shoulders drop, and a new sense of possibility begins to settle in.

“It’s just a little bit…” Right?

A little bit of artificial dye in the snacks.
A little bit of benzene in the sunscreen.
A little bit of chlorine in the water.
A little bit of fluoride in the toothpaste.
A little bit of aluminum in the deodorant.
A little bit of formaldehyde in the plug-ins.
A little bit of pesticides in the coffee.
A little bit of phthalates in the makeup.
A little bit of synthetic fragrance in the laundry soap.

A little bit of this. A little bit of that.

Until it’s not "just a little bit anymore".

Until the body’s overloaded.

Until the headaches,

the breakouts,

the hormone issues,

the mood swings,

the brain fog...all start to add up.

And then we wonder why we feel the way we do. 😟

In 2018, I finally took a real look at what I was bringing into my home, and it just made sense to make the switch.

I’m not spending more. In fact, I’m spending the same (sometimes less) on products that actually work, smell so good, and don’t make me feel like I need to open every window just to breathe.

That purple stuff y’all are using? 😷
People often associate the strong scent with “clean”, but that smell is actually a mix of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that linger in your air and enter your lungs.

Safe doesn’t have to mean scentless.
Clean doesn’t have to mean weak.
And wellness doesn’t have to mean breaking the bank.

You don’t have to overhaul your life overnight,
But it only takes one switch to get started. 🌿
