Which meal are you more likely to skip?
Breakfast… lunch… dinner?
One of the most common skipped meals is breakfast— because you aren’t hungry 1st thing and Lunch— because you are too busy and forget to eat!
While skipping meals might seem like an easy way to save a few calories… don’t do it, it’s a trap!
More often than not, we end up over consuming at the meal after, because we’re STARVING & we underestimate the caloric value of what we’re eating.
So do yourself a favor and stay well fed over the course of the day!
One of my favorite, quick, easy, go to meals is Go to snacks is this Chickpea salad (with lots of dill of course!), Nut Thins, and a juicy cutie!
The Chickpea salad I pre make and keep in my fridge so it’s ready when I need a quick meal!
It’s filled with good, hearty, whole nutrients, is quick & delicious!
