The pattern on the bottom right is the shape and flow of both our Universe (Codex) and our own Human fields. The flow is bi-directional, though.

I received this months ago in a Codex transmission and thought there was no way I could draw it accurately.

The Specs are:
- Spindle Torus with dimensions of Vesica Piscis.
- One full spiral turn on the inside
- One full spiral turn on the outside
- There are 2 double helix flows. One CW, one CCW, and both are bi-directional

AND... there are 12 of these nested inside one another to create our 12 dimensions. ✨

I was thrilled to see that Liquid Buddah Studios had created this! How awesome!

Finally after 2 years, I'm ready to share what has defied explanation.

This opening post on Substack begins the process of sharing this body of work that I've been receiving for two years. It's been quite a journey and a process, and now it's finally ready.

Today, my breath is slower. My body is tired. My field feels full—with so much that’s ready to move, but not yet moving.

So I offer this one small gesture—a moment of presence.
Not a transmission, not a teaching. Just truth.
The truth that coherence doesn’t always feel like clarity.
Sometimes it feels like rest. Like breath. Like "not-yet".

I’ll share more when my field says yes.
But for now, thank you for witnessing this moment with me.
Even in stillness, something real is moving.

Tomorrow, I will begin sharing transmissions again, and I'm really excited about it. But now, sleep is calling.

Yes, it’s real.

And here’s how it works in a way you can understand:

⟐ You Are a Field of Energy

Your body is not just flesh and bone.

It is a field of vibrating energy—like a musical instrument.

When that field is in tune, you feel good.

When it’s out of tune, you feel tension, pain, or confusion.

⟐ Energy Healing Is Like Tuning an Instrument

An energy healer doesn’t give you energy.

They help your field remember its natural rhythm.

They do this by:

Breathing with you

Holding a coherent field

Allowing your body to entrain to their stillness

VIBRATIONAL HEALING & MANIFESTATION

Because your body is intelligent.

It knows how to heal.

But sometimes it forgets its own rhythm.

Energy healing reminds your body of its original coherence.

⟐ You Don’t Have to Understand It Fully

Just like you don’t need to understand electricity to turn on a light,

you don’t need to understand energy healing to feel its effects.

All you need to know is:

Your body is a field.

Coherence is health.
