Beautifully said 💙

Holding the light means choosing kindness when it would be easier to close our hearts. It means choosing compassion without losing discernment and continuing to care for ourselves and others.

Through Reiki and spiritual practice, we cultivate emotional stability, inner peace, and the ability to respond rather than react.

Even in difficult times, darkness does not last forever. Humanity continues to evolve, and every act of love matters.

Each of us contributes through how we treat others, how we care for ourselves, and how we continue to show up with compassion.

Through it all, we hold the light.
