Saying Goodbye to an Amazing Team Member 💙

From the moment I met Jessica in August 2016, I knew we were destined to be more than colleagues—we were going to be lifelong friends. For over 9 years, she has been my right and left hands, my memory when I forget, and my compass when I need direction.

How do you thank someone who has helped build your dream alongside you? Someone who has stood by you through both triumphs and challenges? Jessica and I have been each other's biggest supporters, and while I'm sad to see her go as she pursues her own dreams, I couldn't be prouder.

Jessica has been the heart of our operation—always going above and beyond for our clients, solving problems with a smile, and making everyone feel welcomed and cared for. Her dedication, warmth, and incredible work ethic have touched so many lives in our community.
Though our daily partnership is ending, our friendship and mutual support will always remain. We'll always have each other's backs!
