My clients with anxiety have an especially hard time with this one and what might happen if they set the boundaries that they need.

So to be clear :

👉Aside from the other parent, nobody has “a right” to see your baby immediately.

🚫You can have visitors. Or not.

⏱️You can limit the length of visits.

❤️You can do what’s best for you, your mental and physical health, and your family.

That is all. 🫶

Just going to leave this here.

You don’t need more nonsense about bubble baths or sleep when the baby sleeps. Just some simple, basic ways to care for you during this vulnerable time.
