What are the benefits of my Bootcamp?
Unlike regular weekly training sessions you are not tied to a specific amount of sessions every week.
Classes are 45 minutes and focus on full body rather than focusing on a specific muscle group.
Get stronger and get better conditioning.
Take as many or as few classes as you want during the week.
If you have any questions or are ready to roll send me direct message.
Bootcamp is only done virtually.
