Reforming Foundations Pilates & Wellness RF are modern studios that offer movement strategies to help you do what you love to do.

Founded by Brooke Alexandra, owner and certified instructor, Reforming Foundations is a boutique studio specializing in individualized Pilates personal training. We offer in studio and virtual Individual Pilates sessions, Semi Private sessions, Physical Therapy Sessions, and classes. The goal is to provide you with an amazing personalized Pilates workout resulting in optimal musculoskeletal performance. You will gain greater strength, endurance, and flexibility without risking injury.

Our Story

Reforming Foundations began in 2009 when owner Brooke Goodwin and her husband Aaron, began practicing Pilates as a gentle, safe way for Aaron to rebuild his strength and vital energy after finishing cancer treatment for Lymphoma. Together they fell in love with Pilates.

Brooke was impressed with the rehabilitative effects of Pilates both for her husband surviving cancer and for herself after shoulder surgery. A combination of Pilates and lifestyle changes helped Aaron and Brooke regain amazing health. After personally experiencing what Stott Pilates did for her own spine, posture, and body, she decided to share her knowledge and experience to help other people.
