Need help with weight loss? How about a less expensive, safe alternative to fad diets? A supportive environment and good friends? Come to TOPS THIS MONDAY!

We are a support group of diverse people with the same goal, to take pounds off sensibly! We meet Monday nights at Berkley Congregational Church in Berkley, MA. Weigh in is from 5-6 Meetings are from 6-7:00pm. We do not tell you what to do, we share ideas, educate each other, have fun and support each other. After all, We are all in this together!

TOPS Tea Party was a big hit! We learned about the benefits of tea and tried a bunch of different flavors! We also had some healthy-ish mini-snacks with it🤩☕🍵🧋👘🫖
