Please join Emily for her new MODERATE VINYASA CLASS at the new (and
gorgeous!) Yoga Depot on North Street in Pittsfield. It starts on
Saturday, September 25th at 10am. All of the proceeds from the class
(every week!) will go to research for Alzheimer's and dementia.
